About Wappenham Farm
Rectory Farm, a heritage farm dating back to 1928, is currently managed by David, the third generation of farmers in the family. Originally a mixed farm with dairy, crops, and heavy horses, the farm now focuses on sustainable practices. They grow maize and rye for a nearby biodigester plant, contributing gas to the National Grid. Rectory Farm offers engaging activities like the Spooky Trail, guiding visitors through intriguing clues, and a Pumpkin Patch experience where visitors can select their ideal pumpkins (additional charge). Additionally, there are Twilight Visits available from October 23rd to 29th, extending the farm's enchanting atmosphere until 9 pm.
